Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with teams to build and deliver solutions implementing serverless, microservice based and containerized architectures in AWS Cloud environments.
  2. Implement DevOps capabilities in cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation
  3. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  4. Build CICD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.
  5. Config manage environments using industry standard DevOps tools
  6. Implement scripting to extend build\deployment\monitoring processes (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  7. Work with Linux based systems.
  8. Install, configure, and manage tools within the AWS cloud environment.


Skills and Requirements:

  1. Good understanding of DevOps tools and concepts.
  2. Good Knowledge of Unix Command
  3. Good Knowledge of Nginx
  4. Good knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
  5. Good Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, Micro-Services etc.
  6. Good knowledge of deploying applications to multiple cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  7. Good knowledge of AWS services such as VPC, ELB, IAM, CloudWatch, MySql RDS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, EBS, Codepipeline, AWS Amplify, Route 53
  8. Identifying, analysing, and optimizing cloud operations processes in collaboration with the Network, Platform, Database, and Applications teams for automating
  9. Good Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and JIRA
