Team Environment: Our Cloud Operations team focuses on application deployment and decommissioning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We manage the complete lifecycle of cloud-hosted products, including hardware, software, and operating systems. The team thrives on collaboration and adaptability to support evolving technologies and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services.

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications and resources.

• Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests promptly.

• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and tool enhancements.

Technical Experience Required:

• 0-2 years of experience in application support within a cloud-hosted environment.

• Experience providing customer application and technology support.

• Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

• Experience working with ticketing tools such as Salesforce and Jira.

Skills Needed:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.

• Highly motivated self-starter with collaborative teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Relevant work experience of up to 1 year.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with RPA tools like Power Automate.

• Basic programming and scripting skills.

• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle.
