We manage the complete lifecycle of cloud-hosted products, including hardware, software, and operating systems. Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications and resources.
Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests promptly.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and tool enhancements.
Technical Experience Required:
0-2 years of experience in application support within a cloud-hosted environment.
Experience providing customer application and technology support.
Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
Experience working with ticketing tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
Skills Needed:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
Highly motivated self-starter with collaborative teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Relevant work experience of up to 1 year.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Experience with RPA tools like Power Automate.
Basic programming and scripting skills.
Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle.
