Job Description

• Interact with teams and customers to provide 24/7 support.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams on AWS projects, including migration, containerization, and transformation.
• Write infrastructure as code.
• Perform troubleshooting and setup of AWS environments.
• Ensure customer SLAs are met and communicate during issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain backup, monitoring, and alerting systems for multiple clients.
• Manage automated deployments and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Participate in work sessions with clients.
• Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience with Terraform.
