Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Maintain and optimize the reliability of the infrastructure.

• Process Automation: Design and implement solutions to automate repetitive tasks.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Configuration Management: Develop and manage tools like Ansible for consistent deployments.

• Monitoring and Alerting: Implement tools for system monitoring and set up alerts to ensure system uptime.

• Incident Support: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Disaster Recovery Planning: Prepare and test disaster recovery protocols.

• Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

• Data Protection and Assurance: Ensure data integrity and implement robust security measures.

• Compliance: Adhere to and enforce compliance standards across systems.

• Self-Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

1. Programming Expertise: Proficient in Java, Python, Node.js, or Shell scripting.

2. Cloud and Container Management: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker containers, Ansible, and Jenkins.

3. Networking and OS Concepts: Solid understanding of networking, operating system fundamentals, and protocols like TCP/IP, LDAP, HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, and POP.

4. Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours and provide off-hours production support.

Educational Qualifications

• Engineering degree (BE) or MCA (or equivalent) with strong programming and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Details

• Probation Period: 2 months

• Salary During Probation: ₹30,000/- per month

• Annual CTC: ₹5-6 LPA

  • Fixed Pay: 80%

  • Variable Pay: 20%
