Key Skills and Responsibilities

• AWS Cloud Proficiency: Up to 1 year of experience in AWS cloud operations.
• Linux Administration: Basic understanding and practical experience preferred.
• Identity Access Management (IAM): Familiarity with user and role management in AWS.
• AWS Infrastructure: Knowledge of EC2, CloudWatch, S3, VPCs, and role-based access policies.
• Cloud Services Management: Handling daily requests for cloud service setups and modifications.
• Additional Tools: Understanding of AWS CLI, Python/Perl scripting, AWS APIs, and basic networking concepts is a plus.
• Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware, software, OS components, and different cloud environments (private, public, hybrid).
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and analyze technical issues, provide root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve them efficiently.
• Communication: Strong technical communication skills and the ability to document client and internal interactions clearly.
• Command Execution: Capability to independently create and execute Linux commands and scripts.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and VPCs.
• Knowledge of DNS management, cloud security, and monitoring with CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native operations and troubleshooting.
